The shrubs and perennial bed along side the lawn is maturing nicely after 4 years. We need to give it a bit more room so we have been taking slices of turf off the lawn.
In the spirit of not wasting resources the turf is being reused to make a path across the veg garden. To the right (the narrow bit) will house next year's compost bins etc.
We just need a little bit more turf?? I wonder where we can steal a bit next?
Our wellie boots have come out of storage now. The ground is damp and soil clings terribly.
