I came across this group of bloggers in USA who are decorating the envelopes as well as the cards!
What a lovely idea to brighten up the day - but do you think the British Post Office would welcome this?
I doubt the USPS is very impressed with these, but they are creative. I wonder if they actually get delivered to where they are supposed to be going. My cousin is a Post Master with USPS, I'll have to ask her! Judy in Montana, USA
