Whoops! Posted this earlier without an explanation!
Yesterday we had a delivery of ironmongery/drawer sliders which was in a big box with loads of paper and quite unnecessarily packaged. Today we had some wooden curtain poles wrapped in just corrugated cardboard. Quite minimal but should have been enough. Except someone had belted it and broken one of the poles, dented another and shattered 24 curtain rings into pieces.
Sent of complaining email. Hopefully we will get some speedy replacements. These were for my sewing cabin windows as the temperature is dropping and it is a bit chilly. Hoping some curtains will help.
What is it that's broken. At least its easy to sent photos re: Breakages these days.
