Half from the shops = 400g best chicken breast, a handful of cooking bacon and a large mushroom.
Menu was saute chicken with red onion, smoked bacon and mushrooms with herbs. With new potatoes and steamed purple sprouting and broad beans. Strawberries and vanilla ice cream. All prepared and cooked from scratch in less than 20 mins.
